How to obtain vital documents in Alaska
Certain documents in life are essential. Without these documents many other procedures cannot be accomplished such as getting a passport or a license. This document explains in detail how to get these vital documents in case the have been lost or stolen or how to get duplicate certified copies.

ALL REQUESTS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF A PICTURE ID OF THE APPLICANT.
Enlarge the copy and lighten it as much as possible to be sure that it is clear and readable when sent to the Bureau. A signature under the copied ID is also required.
